    • Full travel planning & detailed itineraries
    • Party and small event planning

    • Priority scheduling and support
    • Up to 15 hours per month
    • Weekly check-in

    Additional hours available at £45/hour.

    A premium, hands-off service for clients who want seamless lifestyle and event support. Includes:

    • Complete lifestyle management
    • Party & event planning (venues, suppliers, guest coordination)
    • Complex and luxury travel arrangements
    • High-value and bespoke gift sourcing
    • Ongoing home and household management
    • VIP priority response
    • Up to 30 hours per month

    Additional hours charged at £50–£60/hour.

One-Off & Project Services

For clients who need support without a monthly commitment.

    • Small event coordination: £150–£300
    • Full event planning & management: £400–£1,000+
    • Single trip itinerary: £120–£250
    • Multi-destination or luxury travel: £300–£600
    • Standard gift sourcing: £50–£100
    • Luxury or urgent requests: £120–£200
    • Trades coordination & oversight: £75–£150/task
    • Ideal for short-term or adhoc assistance: £45/hour

Important Information

  • Monthly packages are paid in advance
  • A minimum three-month commitment is recommended for retainer clients
  • All time spent is rounded to the nearest 15 minutes
  • Packages do not carry over to a new month
  • All third-party costs (travel, venues, gifts, suppliers) are paid directly by the client
  • Bespoke packages are available upon request
